DIRECTIONS

Announcements and Room Requests must be turned into the office by 11am on Tuesday for approval by the Pastoral Staff. Any request submitted after 11am will be considered for the following week.

All "Events" that require financial support from the church need to have an Event Planner with this request. You can pick up a Planner at the Information Desk or see Kelly.

If your ministry needs an insert in the bulletin, a request must be made at least 2 weeks in advance. Upon approval Kelly will contact you to get any proposed artwork and work with you on the insert design.

If you would like to use the church facilities or have an event added to the church calendar, please obtain written approval from the pastor who oversees your ministry.
